Psychiatric and Endocrinology Services:

Initial Assessment - $325

46-60 minute follow-up - $275

31-45 minute follow up - $225

15-30 minute follow up - $165

Biblical Counseling Services:

60-minute session - $120

Ketamine Infusions:

Infusion + 15 min Provider Visit - $450

Infusion - $400

Note: A provider visit is required for the first infusion and for dose adjustments/modifications.

Insurance:

We are considered out-of-network by insurance carriers. While we do not accept insurance, we can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement based on their out-of-network benefits.
